I tried it, however there are glitches that I can't really ignore suck as z-fighting, tracks leading into nowhere...it just seems unfinished...anyone else got this?

I can't get it to appear and I'm not sure why. I added the files to gta3.img and I also tried the modloader method, then I tried them at the same time.
Im assuming it doesn't move around? Otherwise I'm stumped and I don't know what to do....

Great mod but it wants me to overwrite 2 files that cleo installed.....should I keep the cleo files or these ones?
