Installation: Use Magic TXD
In particle txd, replace the waterclear256
Set your preferred resolution, for example 512
Set mipmap levels for the texture to eliminate ripples
Select compression and dxt5 transparency.
If you can edit the timecycle, then you can change the color of the water and its transparency for different weather conditions.
Several PNG texture options have been added to the archive, try using different ones using the above settings.
