To activate this mod, it needs skills.

It's eventually is easy, you just need an application called
"txdfucker" which will be able to input those .bmp file to txd.txt

You also need an application which is call Alci's IMG Editor or IMGtool.(if possible with latest version) This application will be able to replace those .dff files to gta3.img.
- after you replace, make sure to click rebuild button

There is an issue going on with this mod.
-there is no wanted star shown

But I like this mod anyway, I think there will be a new version in future :D
